Recreate Your Childhood.

I chose to use this photo because I wanted to find a picture that I could have fun with, and this one fit with what I wanted to do, even though it may be quite embarrassing. About the outcome of this photo, I think it looks similar, except that I should have tried harder to imitate the same face that I had 12 years ago. After taking this picture, I realized how thankful I am that I have all of my teeth!

Photo Walk

Slam Dunk!: This is my favorite photo I took because it's from the down angle and really shows the expression in Marlon's face. I also like how the picture is clear at the top, then begins to blur at the bottom. I think it adds a cool touch to the photo.

Artist Inspirations

Julian Beever, Chalk Artist; I love his work. Every chalk picture that he creates, gives off a 3-D realistic look to it. It’s interesting to see the differences from the way he draws them, to the way it looks from a different angle.

Jose Ramos, Nature & Landscape Photographer; The picture called Life Lines is an awesome looking photo in my opinion. The picture looks like it was painted, not taken with an actual camera. I really like how all the colors kind of flow together.

Andy Warhol, Pop Artist; Andy Warhol’s art always catches my eye. He uses so many colors in his art which makes it pop!

Bob Ross, Landscape Painter; Growing up, I always enjoyed watching Bob Ross’ painting shows with my father. It was amazing to see how he started from scratch and turned a blank canvas into something beautiful, such as the painting above.

Pablo Picasso, Artist; Pablo Picasso’s Starry Night has always been one of my favorites. I love how he uses the different shades of blue to make the picture come alive, even with the yellow combined.
