Thank you to all of the people who were willing to model for my photos!

For my three pictures, I thought pretty hard for my ideas. For the first picture, I wanted to do something that shows stereotypes, so I asked Jolie to come, who is Asian, and have her studying to get an A on a paper. Sure enough..she came, she posed, and I think that the final project came out successful. With my second photo, I wanted to do something 3D. The first thing I thought of was a spit take. I thought of having Tina willingly pose for the photo, and she did. It took us several times to capture the water coming at the camera, but we eventually got it to come out perfectly. Lastly, for the third picture, I thought of doing something cute, something that involved a couple. So I came up with the idea that I'd have two people pose as if they were dating on the left side, then on the right side..having Chris propose to Julianne. Overall, I think all three pictures came out just the way I wanted them to.

  1. The facial expressions were done very well and the concept is comical. For the water bottle picture, the shadow on Tina's face could have been brightened so it wouldn't look so dark. Or maybe you could have switched the model into a different position so that the light wouldn't cast a shadow. The "Studying Effect" piece is well photographed but the books near the corner of the desk in the first one seem a bit over-exposed. For the last piece, I feel like they should've been switched to make a bit more sense. But the way it is now is good too. Their feet are also cut off, not sure if that was on purpose or a mistake, but maybe their whole bodies could've been shown. All in all, you used the lighting to your advantage and your photos came out very good. You can quickly understand the concept and you can tell there was actual effort and thought put into your ideas.
